Phase 1 of the replacement campus for New Braunfels High School is underway and is being funded under the 2021 Bond Program. This phase includes a new 3-story academic wing, new Career and Technical Education learning spaces, and relocation of the JROTC facility, tennis courts, and practice field.

The project is estimated to be complete in the summer of 2025 and is being constructed on the same campus footprint.
