Congratulations to New Braunfels High School student Helen Dudley for receiving the FFA State Lonestar Degree, the highest degree of membership the State FFA Association can bestow.

To earn the FFA State Lonestar Degree, students must meet rigorous criteria, including being an active FFA member for at least two years and completing a minimum of four semesters of agricultural science coursework at or above the ninth-grade level.

Additionally, recipients must maintain a supervised agricultural experience (SAE) program, investing substantial time and financial resources into their SAE. They must also exhibit exemplary leadership skills and a strong commitment to the FFA through active participation at the chapter level and beyond.
